FSDA’s Elder Fraud Committee is excited to announce that it will host a 45-minute educational Zoom webinar on Wednesday, December 6^th at 11:00 AM. The virtual program “FSDA Elder Law Review: Lessons of 2023 and Anticipations for 2024” will feature panelists Michael Paskin with FINRA, Jess Tharpe with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Kerry Finegan with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and Taylor Bandy with Bressler, Amery & Ross. Moderated by FSDA Past President Alex Sabo with Bressler, Amery & Ross.
