FSDA’s Elder Fraud Committee will host a 45-minute educational Zoom webinar on Thursday, December 5^th at 11:00 AM. The virtual program “FSDA Elder Law Review: Looking Back at 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025” will feature panelists Michael Paskin with FINRA, Anna Dennis with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, State Attorney Brian Haas with the 10^th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Taylor Bandy with Bressler, Amery & Ross. Moderated by FSDA Past President Alex Sabo with Bressler, Amery & Ross. The virtual program will provide educational information on Florida regulatory and statutory developments, the ever developing and changing fraud scams directed at elderly Florida residents, and how investment advisors and securities investment firms can help prevent elder fraud.
